Returns & Warranty Policy

At AirRepair, we want you to get the full benefit from your purchase — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

Change of mind or not loving it?

If you receive your AirRepair product and don’t love it, you can request a return within 30 days of its arrival for a full refund (excluding any shipping fees). Customers are responsible for arranging safe return shipping.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@airrepairpurifiers.com and we will provide detailed return instructions.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The unit must be unused and returned in its original condition, with all original branded packaging, booklet, components, foam inserts, power cord and protective plastic films intact.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (after 30 days, all sales are final).
  • All components must be included in brand new, re-sellable condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.
  • If the unit is returned damaged due to improper repackaging or inadequate protection, the return will be rejected.
  • Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
  • Shipping costs: Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by AirRepair will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
  • Where multiple units are purchased in a single order, only one unit per order may be returned under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Any bundle discounts applied to the order will be removed from the refunded amount. Original shipping costs will be deducted and the 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • Custom purchases: Refunds are not available for discount bundle offers, custom orders, commercial installations or clearance items.
  • Cancelling an order not already shipped: To cancel an order not already shipped contact support@airrepairpurifers.com with details of your order, including your order number and your reason for cancelling.  Please note there is a 15% cancellation or restocking fee, regardless of the status of your order.

3. International Orders

Final sale for international customers

All international sales (delivery addresses outside Australia or United States) are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for international orders.

4. Returns

Processing your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs may vary based on the delivery address, courier service selected, and shipping method used.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

5. Standard Warranty Coverage

Your AirRepair warranty explained

All AirRepair units come with a 5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

During this period, AirRepair will, at our discretion, replace or repair your purifier if it is found to be defective.

If a fault is verified, we will repair or replace your unit in line with the terms outlined below. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Parts such as filters are not covered under warranty.

6. Consumable & Wear Components

Consumable components

Certain components of your AirRepair purifier are classified as consumable items and are not covered under the 5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty.

  • Pre-filters
  • Carbon filters
  • ESP Filter

These components are designed to be cleaned, maintained, or replaced over time depending on usage and environmental conditions and are excluded from warranty coverage except where a fault is identified on arrival.

Fan and motor assembly:

The fan and motor assembly is a mechanical component subject to normal wear and is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Outside of the stated warranty period, AirRepair remains committed to supporting our customers and will work with you to keep your unit operational. Where appropriate, we may offer repair options or a full replacement unit at our internal cost price.

AirRepair will always work with you to find the best possible solution and support you throughout the process.

7. Transit Damage & Cosmetic Damage Policy

Transit damage refers to damage that occurs during shipping after the order has left our facility.

Cosmetic Damage

Cosmetic damage includes dents, marks, bent grilles, scratches, or packaging damage that does not affect the functionality, safety, or performance of the unit.

  • Cosmetic damage is not considered a manufacturing defect
  • Cosmetic damage does not affect filtration, electrical safety, or performance
  • Cosmetic damage does not affect your warranty coverage

In cases of cosmetic damage, AirRepair may, at its discretion:

  • Apply for a partial refund with courier to compensate for the cosmetic issue, or
  • With shipping insurance selected, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement once the unit is returned and assessed.

Return Shipping for Transit or Cosmetic Damage

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending a unit back to AirRepair for:

  • Transit damage
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Assessment, repair, or replacement

This includes courier fees, packaging costs, and risk of loss or damage during return transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Functional or Safety Issues

If a unit is found to have a verified manufacturing defect affecting functionality or safety, AirRepair will repair or replace the unit in accordance with the warranty terms outlined above.
