Returns & Warranty Policy

At AirRepair, we want you to get the full benefit from your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.


1. 30-Day Return Policy

If you receive your AirRepair product and change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of its arrival for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). Customers are responsible for arranging safe return shipping.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@airrepairpurifiers.com and we will provide detailed return instructions.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The unit must be unused and returned in its original condition, with all original branded packaging, booklet, components, brush, foam inserts, power cord and protective plastic parts.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (after 30 days, all sales are final)
  • All components must be included in brand new, re-sellable condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns without original packaging will not be accepted
  • If the unit is returned damaged due to improper repackaging or inadequate protection, the return may be rejected

Where multiple units are purchased in a single order, only one unit per order may be returned under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, bundle discounts applied to the order will apply.

Custom Purchases:
Refunds are not available for custom orders, commercial installations or clearance items.

Shipping costs:

  • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from the total refund amount in the case of a change of mind purchase
  • Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer

Cancelling an order not already shipped:

To cancel an order not already shipped, contact support@airrepairpurifiers.com with your order number and reason for cancelling.

Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide the correct return instructions.


3. International Orders

All international sales (delivery addresses outside Australia or the United States) are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for international orders.


4. Returns

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time

5. Standard Warranty Coverage

All AirRepair units come with a 5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

During this period, AirRepair will repair or replace your purifier if it is found to be defective.


6. Consumable & Wear Components

Certain components are considered consumable and are not covered under the 5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty:

  • Pre-filters
  • Carbon filters
  • ESP Filter

These components are designed to be cleaned, maintained, or replaced over time depending on usage and environmental conditions.

Fan:

The fan assembly is covered by a 12-month limited warranty.

Outside of warranty, AirRepair will continue to support customers and may offer repair or replacement options where possible.


7. Transit Damage

Transit damage refers to damage that occurs during shipping after the order has left our facility.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery
  • Any damage or fault must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

If a damaged or faulty item is confirmed:

  • We will offer a replacement or refund
  • The item may need to be returned before a replacement is issued, we will provide a pre-paid postal slip via Australian post
  • Photographic evidence may be required to assist with claims

You may be required to make the item available for collection if arranged.
