Returns & Warranty Policy

At AirRepair, we want you to get the full benefit from your purchase — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

Change of mind or not loving it?

If you receive your AirRepair product and don’t love it, you can request a return within 30 days of its arrival for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@airrepairpurifiers.com and we will provide detailed return instructions.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  1. The order must be sent back in its original packaging.
  2. The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (after 30 days, all sales are final).
  3. All components must be included.
  4. Items must be in brand new, re-sellable condition, this includes original packaging.
Important: Refunds are not available for custom discount bundle offers — only for regular, non-custom purchases.

Please contact us first before returning or exchanging any items — we will provide you with the necessary return steps.

3. International Orders

Final sale for international customers

All international sales (delivery addresses outside Australia) are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for international orders.

4. Returns

Processing your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

5. Standard Warranty Coverage

Your AirRepair warranty explained

All AirRepair units (excluding the AirRepair Pro — see section below) come with a 5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

During this period, AirRepair will, at our discretion, repair or replace your purifier if it is found to be defective.

If a fault is verified, we will repair or replace your unit in line with the terms outlined below.

How to make a warranty claim

To begin a warranty claim, contact us at support@airrepairpurifiers.com with:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Short photos or videos showing the fault (this speeds up verification)

Once reviewed, we will confirm your warranty status and provide instructions for the next steps. This warranty is a repair-or-replace warranty only and does not provide refunds for warranty claims.

Tip: Clear photos and videos help us approve claims much faster.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only if:

  • The purifier was purchased new from AirRepair or an authorised seller.
  • The unit is used for private home or business use (not resale).
  • You can provide proof of purchase upon request.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • The serial number or rating label has been removed, altered or is illegible.
  • Repairs performed by anyone other than AirRepair or an authorised technician.
  • Use of the unit outside guidelines listed in the user manual.
  • No-fault-found issues caused by incorrect setup or misunderstanding of normal operation.
  • Any costs associated with delivery, handling, freighting or transit damage.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when sending a unit to AirRepair (or a service partner) for assessment, repair, or replacement, as well as the risk of loss or damage during transit.
  • Damage caused by:
    • Accidents or deliberate misuse
    • Corrosive environments causing rust or paint damage
    • Vermin or insects
    • Modifications not approved by AirRepair
    • Incorrect installation or improper setup
    • Failure to maintain or clean the unit as described in the user manual
    • Neglect, abuse or improper storage
    • Power surges or incorrect voltage
    • Use of non-genuine parts or accessories
    • Failure to remove, clean or replace filters when required
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Parts such as filters are not covered under warranty.
6. AirRepair Pro Warranty Policy

AirRepair Pro – 12-Month Warranty

The AirRepair Pro model is excluded from the standard AirRepair 5-Year Warranty. Instead, it is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Functional issues not caused by misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications

If you need support or wish to make a warranty claim for the AirRepair Pro, please contact our team at support@airrepairpurifiers.com.

Your invoice date determines which warranty applies.
7. Transit Damage & Cosmetic Damage Policy

Transit damage refers to damage that occurs during shipping after the order has left our facility.

Cosmetic Damage

Cosmetic damage includes dents, marks, bent grilles, scratches, or packaging damage that does not affect the functionality, safety, or performance of the unit.

  • Cosmetic damage is not considered a manufacturing defect
  • Cosmetic damage does not affect filtration, electrical safety, or performance
  • Cosmetic damage does not affect your warranty coverage

In cases of cosmetic damage, AirRepair may, at its discretion:

  • Offer a partial refund to compensate for the cosmetic issue, or
  • Offer a repair or replacement once the unit is returned and assessed

Return Shipping for Transit or Cosmetic Damage

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending a unit back to AirRepair for:

  • Transit damage
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Assessment, repair, or replacement

This includes courier fees, packaging costs, and risk of loss or damage during return transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Functional or Safety Issues

If a unit is found to have a verified manufacturing defect affecting functionality or safety, AirRepair will repair or replace the unit in accordance with the warranty terms outlined above.
